Thank you for your interest in our Merci loyalty card program! Please find below the terms and conditions for our program:

The Merci loyalty card is managed by Day To Day Hypermarket L.L.C (Company Trade License No.682814 with its Registered Trademark. 

By Joining the program, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy.

Participating Supermarkets:

Merci Card points can be accumulated from all the Day to Day Hypermarket L.L.C Branches Listed Below 

• Day To Day Hypermarket, Sheikh Zayed Road – Dubai
• Avenue By Day To Day LLC, Sheikh Zayed Road – Dubai
• Day To Day Hypermarket, Al Raffa Tower, Khalid Bin Waleed St – Dubai
• Day To Day Hypermarket, Al Futtaim Building, Al Maktoum St – Dubai
• Day To Day Hypermarket, Al Safa Plaza A, Al Wahda St – Sharjah
• Day To Day Hypermarket, Al Ghaith Tower, Hamdan St – Abu Dhabi
• Day To Day Hypermarket, Ajman Boulevard Commercial Buildings, Al Jerf 2 – Ajman

Points accumulated from all listed branches above will be added to your Merci card, and can be redeemed into voucher and used on your purchase to get discount.

1. The points in Merci Loyalty Card are applicable on purchases of any amount from any of the

  Day To Day Hypermarket’s upon presentation of physical Merci loyalty card / Merci Application or by providing registered Mobile No.

Merci Membership: Membership to the Loyalty card program is free of charge

Voucher Redemption: Once the points are accumulated into voucher, the voucher will have expiry of 6 months if not used within the 6 months the points will be lost.

Lost Card: In case of losing the card points can be transferred to new card but will require the registered mobile no and opt.

Activation: After the registration it will take 24 hours for Merci card activation 

Rewards: As a member of our Merci loyalty card program, you will be entitled to various rewards, discounts, and promotions. These rewards may include but are not limited to free products or cashback, discounts on products, exclusive access to events, and other benefits. The rewards may vary from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any reward at any time.

Earning Points: To earn points, you must present your Merci card or Merci registered phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase. The number of points earned for each purchase may vary, and we reserve the right to change the number of points earned at any time. Points cannot be earned on purchases made with gift cards or other discounts. 

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards in-store or online, subject to availability. Rewards are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiration of Points: Points will expire after a year of inactivity. If your account is inactive for a period exceeding the specified time, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

Termination of Membership: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time and without notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in our Merci loyalty card program. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, without notice.

Merci Voucher

1. Merci voucher cannot be exchanged for Cash.
2. The validity of Merci Voucher is 6 month and can be used at any of the participating Day To Day Hypermarket Branches before expiry.
3. Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
4. Merci Voucher is under Terms & Condition of Day To Day Hypermarket.
